Please read this Purchase Policy carefully before purchasing any FlixPal product or subscription.

By placing an order through FlixPal, you agree to this Purchase Policy together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. The current FlixPal purchase page already covers product scope, system requirements, pricing, delivery, activation, refunds, support, privacy, and trademark notice, which should remain the core structure of this policy.

1. Official Purchase Channels

FlixPal products may only be purchased through our official websites, official checkout pages, and authorized payment channels provided by FlixPal.

To protect your order and account, please do not purchase FlixPal products from unofficial download sites, unknown resellers, or unauthorized third-party sellers.

2. Before You Purchase

FlixPal is software for personal use. Before purchasing, we recommend that you review the product page, supported platforms, system requirements, plan details, and refund rules carefully.

  • you understand the differences between Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans;
  • you have reviewed the limits and features shown on the purchase page.

3. Product Information

FlixPal is a video downloader for personal use. It allows users to download videos from supported websites and services as described on the relevant product pages.

Supported websites, features, plans, and product availability may change from time to time. Product descriptions on the official purchase page at the time of order will apply to your purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in USD, unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

FlixPal may offer different plans for different products, including Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans. Go to our Store Page to check details. Plan pricing, discounts, renewal terms, and promotional offers shown on the official order page at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, promotions, product combinations, and package details at any time. However, changes will not affect an order that has already been completed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other local charges that may apply, unless otherwise stated.

5. Subscription Plans and Renewal

Some FlixPal products may be offered as recurring subscriptions. Where automatic renewal applies, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account, payment platform, or through customer support.

If you cancel a subscription, your current paid period will usually remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Cancellation will apply to future renewals, and you will not be charged again for the next cycle unless you resubscribe.

6. What You Receive After Purchase

After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to the paid version of the product according to the plan you selected.

Depending on your order, paid access may include:

  • activation of the purchased product or plan;
  • access to paid features during the valid subscription period;
  • removal of trial or free-use limits, where applicable;
  • software updates during the valid service period;
  • customer support during the valid service period.

Your purchase is linked to the email address used during checkout.

7. Delivery and Activation

After purchase, you will normally receive:

  • an order confirmation email;
  • activation or account-related instructions;
  • access instructions for the product you purchased.

If You Purchase Without an Existing Account

If you complete a purchase without an existing FlixPal account, you may receive an activation email. You will need to follow the instructions in that email to activate your account and use the purchased product.

If You Purchase With an Existing Account

If your purchase is made with an existing FlixPal account, the product or plan may be added directly to that account. You can then sign in and use the authorized features based on your active purchase.

Account Authorization

After installing the software, you may need to sign in with the email address and password associated with your FlixPal account in order to activate the purchased features.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, purchase information, and activation details secure. We may limit, suspend, or refuse activation if we reasonably believe that a license, account, or purchase is being misused, shared in violation of applicable terms, obtained through unauthorized channels, or used in a way that creates legal or security risks.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

FlixPal offers a limited money-back guarantee for eligible purchases.

Unless otherwise stated on the official purchase page:

  • Monthly and Annual Plans may be covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee;
  • Lifetime Plans may be covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. Approval is subject to the actual order details, refund timing, payment status, and the reason for the request.

If you cancel a subscription, future renewals will stop after the current billing period ends. Charges already paid for the current billing period are generally not refunded unless the request qualifies under our Refund Policy.

9. License and Usage

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased FlixPal product for personal, non-commercial use only, unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

You may not:

  • resell, share, transfer, or sublicense your license;
  • use the software for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission;
  • modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software except where allowed by law;
  • use the software in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

10. Customer Support

FlixPal provides customer support through our official website and support channels.

Support requests are generally handled within 48 working hours, although response times may vary depending on request volume, holidays, technical complexity, or the completeness of the information you provide.

11. Privacy and Payment Security

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment transactions are processed through secure payment providers. FlixPal does not claim that any online transaction system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to work with secure processing channels and protect order-related information.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, and related images displayed on the FlixPal website remain the property of their respective owners.

FlixPal is not owned by, affiliated with, or officially connected to those companies.
