Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any FlixPal product or subscription.

We encourage all users to try the free trial version before purchase so they can check compatibility, core features, and whether the product meets their needs. Refund eligibility, fair use limits, refund windows, non-refundable cases, cancellation, and refund processing are all already covered in FlixPal’s current refund page and should remain the core content of this policy.

1. Personal Use and Fair Use

FlixPal is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. Each licensed account is intended for use by the purchaser only.

You may not distribute, share, resell, publish, or provide downloaded videos to any third party.

FlixPal does not support or encourage copyright infringement or the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content. You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the software complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

To help maintain service stability and reduce the risk of account restrictions from supported streaming services, FlixPal applies usage limits to licensed accounts.

Current fair use limits are:

  • up to 100 downloads per day
  • up to 700 downloads per week

If a daily or weekly limit is reached, it will reset automatically at the start of the next applicable period.

2. Try Before You Purchase

FlixPal offers a free trial version for supported platforms. The trial version is intended to help you review compatibility, core functionality, and general suitability before you decide to purchase.

Please review the product description, supported platforms, version differences, and plan details carefully before placing an order.

3. Refund Guarantee Period

Refund requests may be considered only within the applicable money-back guarantee period, starting from the date your payment is successfully processed.

Unless otherwise stated on the official purchase page:

  • Monthly Plans: 7-day money-back guarantee
  • Annual Plans: 7-day money-back guarantee
  • Lifetime Plans: 14-day money-back guarantee

If you want to request a refund within the applicable period, please contact us with your order information and the reason for your request.

4. Refund Requests That May Be Approved

A refund request may be approved in the following situations:

  • you accidentally purchased the same plan twice;
  • you purchased the wrong product and then purchased the correct product within the refund period;
  • you canceled auto-renewal before the renewal date but were still charged;
  • the purchased product has a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within the applicable refund period after reasonable support efforts.

5. Refund Requests That Will Normally Not Be Approved

A refund request will normally not be approved in the following situations:

  • you changed your mind after purchase;
  • you purchased the wrong plan but did not request a correction or exchange within the refund period;
  • the applicable money-back guarantee period has expired;
  • you did not review the product description, system requirements, version differences, feature limits, or compatibility details before purchase;
  • you report technical issues but refuse to provide the information needed for troubleshooting or do not cooperate with our support team;
  • you are dissatisfied because of download limits that are already stated in our policies or product information.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions of this Refund Policy.

6. Technical Support Before Refund

If your refund request is based on a technical issue, we may ask you to provide basic troubleshooting information, such as:

  • screenshots;
  • error messages;
  • software version details;
  • device or system information;
  • other information reasonably needed to identify the issue.

If a workable solution is provided within the applicable refund period, the refund request may be declined.

7. Subscription Cancellation and Auto-Renewal

Subscription products may renew automatically by default unless you turn off auto-renewal before the next billing date.

You may request cancellation of auto-renewal at any time by contacting us at contact@flixpal.org or by using any subscription management tools available through your order or payment channel.

Please note:

  • canceling auto-renewal stops future billing;
  • canceling auto-renewal does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period;
  • a refund for the current billing period is available only if your request separately qualifies under this Refund Policy.

8. Version Differences

The Windows version and the macOS version of FlixPal are different products. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

After the applicable refund period has expired, exchanges between Windows and macOS versions will not be provided.

9. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible.

In most cases, refunds are completed within 1 to 7 business days, but in some cases, it may take longer depending on the payment provider, payment method, bank processing time, or other external factors.

Once the refund has been processed, we will notify you by email.

After a refund is granted:

  • the related license will be canceled;
  • you must stop using the refunded product;
  • you must uninstall and remove the software from your device.
