Each FlixPal account is intended only for the individual user who purchased or lawfully received the license.

Downloaded content may not be distributed, shared, transferred, published, sold, or otherwise provided to third parties.

To help protect service stability and reduce the risk of account restrictions from supported streaming services, FlixPal may apply reasonable usage limits to licensed accounts.

At present, the standard limits are:

• up to 100 downloads per day
• up to 700 downloads per week

If a daily or weekly limit is reached, it will reset automatically at the start of the next applicable period.

We may adjust these limits at any time if reasonably necessary for security, service stability, technical integrity, or compliance purposes.

6. No Guarantee of Third-Party Service Availability

FlixPal may depend in part on third-party websites, platforms, login systems, network environments, content structures, technical standards, or service conditions that are outside our control.

We do not guarantee that any specific third-party website, service, source, feature, format, or platform will remain supported, available, compatible, or unchanged at all times.
